None.
What gets left out
Every original manuscript ('autograph') of every biblical book is lost. What we have are copies of copies. For the New Testament, the gap from autograph to earliest fragment is roughly 50-150 years; for the Old Testament, often 600-1500 years. The doctrine of inerrancy in its modern form usually applies to the autographs, not the copies — which makes it functionally untestable.
